Yue Yin obtained an LLB degree from Peking University Law School in 2004, together with a bachelor degree of Economics from Peking University China Center for Economic Research ((National School of Development). In 2013, she also obtained a master degree of Finance from School of Economics of Peking University. Ms Yin received LL.M. degree in 2014 from University of Pennsylvania, and obtained the certificate of Wharton Law and Business Certificate from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in the meantime. Ms.Yin joined Jingtian & Gongcheng in 2005 and made partner in 2013. Ms.Yin specializes in securities and capital markets, M&A, private equity, corporate finance. She has acted as PRC legal counsel in a number of IPO deals on overseas and domestic markets, represented private equity funds and other investors in various PE and M & A transactions involving domestic equities, and also assists clients with the formation and related business of funds. Ms.Yin has special interests in the industries of real estate, mining and energy, media, retail and other traditional manufacturing sectors. Ms.Yin obtained the PRC lawyer's qualification certificate in 2007.And passed the Bar exam of New York in 2014, pending admission. Ms.Yin is a native mandarin speaker with English fluency.
