Yao Yang graduated from Beijing Normal University with bachelor degree and Master degree in law. Ms. Yang has worked in Jingtian & Gongcheng since 2011 and was approved to be a partner by the firm in 2020. Ms. Yang specializes in securities, funds and PE, M & A, enterprises’ reorganization, restructure, and Corporate and Commercial Law. In the area of capital market, Ms. Yang has represented several companies in their overseas or domestic listing projects of equity and/or debt, including China Everbright Group, CITIC Heavy Industries Co.,Ltd, Beijing Beida Jade Bird Universal Sci-Tech Company Limited, and Shandong Publishing & Media Corporation, Ltd etc. In the area of M&A and PE investment, Ms. Yang has represented CCB cultural industry equity investment fund (Tianjin) Co., Ltd, CITIC Private Equity Funds Management Co., Ltd., China Reform Fund, SDIC Unity Capital Co., Ltd., Beijing Sunshine Ronghui Medical Health Industry Growth Investment Management Center(L.P.) to carry out M & A or PE investment transactions, including conducting due diligence, designing transaction structure, participating in negotiation, drafting legal documents and issuing legal opinions. Ms. Yang also has extensive experience in the area of Corporate and Commercial Law.
