Xiumei Ma graduated from Qingdao University in 2000 with an LLB degree; She obtained a master degreeof Laws from China University of Political Science and Law in 2003. Ms. Ma started her legal profession in Broadken Law Firm from 2003 to 2005. In 2006, she joined Jingtian & Gongcheng as a lawyer. And became a partner in 2013. Ms. Ma specializes in securities law and capital market, M&A, etc. Ms. Ma is a native mandarin speaker and is fluent in English.
