Wenshi Tang graduated from the University of Nottingham with a L.L.M degree in 2011, and graduated from China University of Political Science and Law witha L.L.B degree in 2010. She has worked in Jingtian & Gongcheng since 2014 and became a partner in 2018. Prior to this, she worked in Commerce and Finance Law Offices. Ms. Tang specializes in securities, M & A, enterprises’ reorganization, restructure and etc. In the area of capital market, Ms. Tang has represented several companies in their overseas or domestic listing projects. Ms. Tang was admitted to PRC bar in 2010. Ms. Tang is fluent in both Mandarin and English.
