Tian Jin graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in law. Mr.Jin was qualified as a PRC attorney in 2016. Mr.Jin joined Jingtian & Gongcheng in 2021 and was approved to be a partner by the firm in 2021. Prior to that, he worked 7 years at Jiayuan（ShenZhen）Law Firm as a lawyer where he dedicated in domestic and overseas IPOs, PE investment, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprises restructuring and reorganization. In the area of capital market, Mr.Jin has represented various clients in IPO and M&A projects, such as KING-STRONG NEW MATERIAL TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD.（300629.SZ）、Dalian Port (PDA) Company Limited（601880.SH）、Guangdong Jushen Logistics Company Limited（001202）、TCL Technology Group Corporation（000100.SZ）Shenzhen Megmeet Electrical Co., Ltd.（002851.SZ）、SHAN DONG KEXING BIOPRODUCTS CO.,LTD.（688136.SH）.
