Tezhi Ling is a partner of Jingtian & Gongcheng. Mr. Ling joined Jingtian & Gongcheng in 2007. Prior to joining the Firm, he worked at Commerce & Finance Law Offices for several years. Mr. Ling specializes in onshore or offshore stock offering and listing, private equity financing, reorganization, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate matters. He has provided a wide range of legal services to clients in different industries such as high technology, mineral resources, logistics, real estate, papermaking, pharmaceutical industry, heavy industry, telecommunication and chemical industry. Mr. Ling has assisted many companies in their issuance of A Shares, H shares, red-chip shares, REIT or debt financing instruments. He has also provided general legal services for reorganization, mergers and acquisitions, private equity financing and other investment and financing transactions of many domestic and foreign enterprises. Mr. Ling obtained the PRC lawyer's qualification certificate. He is fluent in both Mandarin and English.
