Frank Feng Wang has extensive experience in capital market, M&A and overseas investment. Before joining Jingtian &Gongcheng, Mr. WANG Feng worked in Grandall Law Firm as a senior partner. Mr. WANG Feng particularly focuses on and is specialized in the pharmaceutical, the semi-conductors, the chemical and the consumer industry sectors and has represented clients in different kinds of transactions, varying from initial public offerings, refinancing of listed companies, debt financings and securities laws compliances, to merger and acquisition, company restructuring and the private equity investment. Mr. WANG Feng obtained PRC lawyer’s qualification certificate in 2002.
