Da Li graduated from Peking University Law School and Peking University China Center for Economic Research with bachelor degree in law and economic. Mr. Li has worked in Jingtian & Gongcheng since 1999 and became a partner in 2006. Mr. Li specializes in securities, funds and PE, M & A, enterprises’ reorganization and restructure, anti-trust, litigation and arbitration. In the area of capital market, Mr. Li has presented several companies in their overseas or domestic listing projects, including Want Want China Holdings Ltd (0151.HK), Road King Infrastructure Limited (01098.HK), Central China Real Estate Limited (0832.HK), Baiyin Copper Comercial Building (Group) Co.,Ltd. (000672.SZ), Shenzhen TECHO Telecom Co., Ltd.(000555.SZ), China ShipBuilding Industry Company Ltd (601989.SH), Changgao High voltage Switchgear Group Co., Ltd (002452.SZ), Jiangsu Shagang Group Co., Ltd, etc. Mr. Li also has extensive experience in the area of M&A and PE financing. He has provided a wide range of legal services for overseas investors and listed companies to carry out trans-border M & A or PE investment transactions, including conducting due diligence, designing transaction structure, participating in negotiation, drafting legal documents and issuing legal opinions.
