Marielle Broekhuysen Bio

Marielle Broekhuysen is a senior partner specialised in corporate law. In April 2006 she founded JanssenBroekhuysen Advocaten (now JB Law). Previously she worked as a lawyer at Allen & Overy, which included an extensive period in London. Mariëlle studied in Amsterdam (UvA) and later successfully completed the post-graduate Grotius courses in Business Law and Insolvency Law. She was a senior lecturer in the vocational training Legal Profession. Mariëlle is a member of the supervisory board of Make a Wish Nederland. “I enjoy finding solutions for entrepreneurs to complex problems. I keep an eye on many things they may overlook. In addition to the acquisition practice, I supervise the restructuring of companies in dire straits and bankruptcies. I also increasingly act as a mediator between partners or shareholders in order to quickly reach sustainable solutions that are supported by all parties.”
