Jeroen is a corporate law partner. Jeroen specialises in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity transactions. His focus lies on transactions in regulated industries, particularly telecom, media and technology. “The extra dimension at the cutting edge of economics and the law is what makes my work fascinating. I don't just look at what's happening, but also at what might happen in the industry.” He is proud of his many loyal and returning clients. Jeroen learned the tricks of the trade at Allen & Overy in Amsterdam and London. He completed the post-graduate Grotius programme in Corporate and Business Law, graduating cum laude.
