Tony Johnston is one of the founding partners of Jaswal Johnston LLP. He advises and acts for entrepreneurs and company owners across a wide range of business sectors, many of whom have been his clients for over 20 years. His clients range from sole traders to multinational corporations. Tony can turn his hand to many legal disciplines and has done so since he first qualified. Accordingly, his practice includes both contentious and non-contentious -corporate and commercial matters. This includes mergers and acquisitions, domestic and international joint ventures, corporate real estate transactions, real estate finance together with corporate and commercial related litigation and arbitration. Tony is notable for the commercial and pragmatic solutions which he offers to his clients and is a strong negotiator who always aims to achieve the best outcome for his clients from a commercial point of view.
