With almost 25 years’ standing in the market place, Mo has vast experience in advising major institutions, private estates, off-shore clients, family offices, developers, and lenders in all aspects of property law. He is recognised as an expert in transactional property matters with a particular focus on Prime Central London residential sale and purchases, secured lending, lease extensions and residential/commercial real estate development work. He frequently acts in an advisory role on client projects which he co-ordinates and manages allowing him, when needed, to draw on the requisite expertise and skillset from internally within the firm’s other practice areas and via his complimentary network of external specialist advisers. Mo is renowned for his strategic thinking and ability to guide clients through complex property transactions, which coupled with his solution-oriented outlook has earnt him a formidable reputation within the industry.
