Katheryn Walters has wide-ranging experience in all aspects of property work. She acts for a variety of developers, owners, investors and occupiers in all real estate sectors. Her focus is mainly in the area of commercial real estate, although she also advises individual clients who are making significant residential property acquisitions and disposals in the centre of London. Katheryn advises on purchases and sales of all types of properties, including mixed-use developments, hotels, restaurants, office buildings and industrial estates. She is instructed by both landlords and tenants, dealing with all issues arising out of the landlord and tenant relationship. Katheryn prides herself on her feedback from clients who appreciate her commercial approach to matters. Along with the rest of the team at Jaswal Johnston LLP, her plain talking and highly responsive style allow her to facilitate the expectations of her clients. Her property experience includes acting for the Crown Estate; and advising property developers on all aspects of their real estate portfolios. More recently she regularly advises a multi-family office, with substantial multi-leased Mayfair office space in respect of their Landlord and Tenant portfolio.
