Ramez Krishnan has a broad corporate practice, advising private equity sponsors, growth equity investors, startups and other public and private companies and investors in a range of domestic and cross-border transactional matters. Prior to joining Jasso Lopez PLLC, Mr. Krishnan worked as a corporate lawyer at leading firms in the U.S. and the United Kingdom, including Goodwin Procter LLP in Los Angeles, Paul Hastings LLP in Orange County, California and CMS in London. Mr. Krishnan is admitted to practice law in California and in England & Wales (Solicitor).
