Michael Mcmahon brings a wealth of experience handling secured financings of all shapes and sizes. He represents corporate borrowers from the venture debt stage to tapping the syndicated loan market, and everything in between. And he represents both traditional and alternative lenders. Mr. McMahon has particular experience with debt financing to private equity firms and their portfolio companies in connection with leveraged acquisition financing, recapitalizations, refinancings, restructurings and all manners of debt transactions. Mr. McMahon has experience, both on behalf of borrowers and lenders, of structuring, negotiating and documenting asset-based loan facilities, syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, unitranche and multitranche structures, subordinated and mezzanine debt, and private equity lines of credit, among others. Mr. McMahon is admitted to practice law in California, Illinois and Washington State. Prior to joining Jasso Lopez PLLC, Mr. McMahon practiced as an attorney at leading debt finance practices at large and midsize law firms, including Kirkland & Ellis LLP, Ice Miller LLP and Thompson Hine LLP.
