Stanley Camhi is Co-Chair of the firm’s Litigation and Appellate Practice Groups, and a member of its Labor and Employment Practice Group. He has extensive experience in all areas of civil litigation, with an emphasis on employment and labor-related matters, including claims of discrimination and wrongful discharge. Stan has tried numerous cases in the federal and state courts before both judges and juries, and has argued several appeals in the New York Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Stan believes it is vital to understand the unique needs and goals of each of his clients in order to obtain the best outcome. He works closely with his clients to develop the right strategy for success. Prior to joining Jaspan Schlesinger Narendran LLP, Stan served as an assistant attorney general for the state of New York, where he was chief of the Litigation Section, responsible for defending Title VII and other discriminations suits brought against the state and its agencies.
