Marci Zinn has a broad range of litigation experience, concentrating her practice in the area of commercial real estate litigation and commercial and business litigation. She has extensive experience in residential and commercial landlord/tenant disputes, including those concerning complex commercial leases, cooperative and condominium disputes, commercial and residential holdover and nonpayment proceedings and all forms of leasehold disputes, from inception through trial. Marci also represents individuals and businesses in commercial partnership disputes, intrafamily business disputes, contract actions and business tort claims. She has wide-ranging experience before the Civil and Supreme Court in all boroughs of the New York City, throughout New York State, and in the district and supreme courts on Long Island. Marci also lectures on landlord/tenant law.
