Bio

Wilmet France joined Janson as a partner in October 2017. She holds a law degree and a Master's degree in economic law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles. She also holds a Master of Laws from New York University (NYU). She has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 1988 and of the Paris Bar since 1993. France has acquired significant experience in business law and contract law, both with Belgian and foreign clients. She is particularly specialised in financial law (acquisition finance, asset management, commodity finance, derivatives, regulatory finance, regulatory insurance...). France is also a judge substitute at the Court of Appeal of Mons.
