Ruth has over 10 years of experience in commercial and company law. She specialises in commercial and company law, with a clear focus on litigation, but without losing sight of the fact that, in certain circumstances, a commercial amicable settlement is in the client's best interest. She has already assisted several international and Belgian companies, (former) directors, shareholders, etc. involved in civil proceedings and has gained extensive experience in negotiating in the context of commercial disputes.
