Lydie Van Muylem Bio

Since her admission to the bar in 2010, Lydie has been working in the fields of commercial litigation and corporate and M&A law. These two fields, between which she mainly divides her practice, feed each other and allow her to approach each transaction or dispute in a pragmatic and informed way. Lydie also has extensive experience in banking and financial law, a field in which she has published numerous articles, particularly in the area of credit, payment services and financial products. The main sectors of activity in which she has had the opportunity to gain particular experience are the banking, medical and real estate sectors. Clients appreciate her strong analytical and listening skills, which allow her to find the best solution for their interests. She works in French, English and Dutch.
