Dalle Marc has been practising as an attorney-at-law since 1986, focusing from the start on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in the form of either share deals or asset deals. He advises both sellers and purchasers. He regularly organises data rooms, legal due diligences and drafts and negotiates transfer agreements. Marc has also gained extensive experience in several types of contracts that organise the internal and external structure of companies: shareholders' agreements (especially puts and calls), investment contracts, joint ventures, managing contracts... He advises several multinational groups on the corporate housekeeping of their Belgian affiliates and restructuring. His expertise also covers corporate financing, either with credit banking and the usual securities or with venture capital and private equity.
