Carl is an experienced business, Venture Capital, Private Equity, and corporate M&A lawyer with a broad experience in assisting entrepreneurial ventures both domestically and internationally. He is much appreciated and recognized for his client service and his pragmatic and innovative approach. Carl is also a seasoned mediator in international corporate and commercial conflicts. Carl is an experienced business lawyer with more than 25 years’ experience, both in private practice and formerly as general counsel of a listed global IT company. Carl is acting for clients in venture capital, private equity and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, and in general corporate, commercial and corporate governance matters. He advises and represents entrepreneurs, business angels, private equity and VC investors, and entrepreneurial multinationals, both domestically and abroad. He is a mediator accredited by the Federal Mediation Commission. He mediates in matters of commercial and civil law. Carl works in Dutch, English, French and German.
