Arnaud has been practicing as a lawyer for thirteen years in the field of property and commercial law, including contracts and companies in difficulty (judicial reorganization). For several years, he has been concentrating on estate planning and property law issues, and has developed experience in litigation, which also enables him to best advise his individual clients in the context of estate planning. He is also active in corporate law and has acted as a court-appointed representative for companies in difficulty. This dual experience in matters related to companies and individuals gives him a great mastery of complex inheritance disputes, including issues related to family businesses. He is particularly attentive to creativity in order to reach amicable solutions in the context of litigation. Arnaud is also a deputy judge at the Enterprise Court of Walloon Brabant. He was for several years an assistant at the Faculty of Law of the Université Libre de Bruxelles (civil law). He works in French and English and has a passive knowledge of Dutch.
