Eric Jacobi joined the firm after practicing for over a decade at two prominent international law firms. He focuses on antitrust, environmental, consumer protection, and complex commercial litigation. Eric has substantial experience advising clients on all matters of business start-ups and antitrust law, including price fixing, monopolization, merger clearances, and second requests. In addition, he advises clients on environmental liability and has held leadership roles on several high-profile matters including a multinational energy company’s landmark victory in an environmental and RICO litigation in the Southern District of New York. Eric advises a wide range of individuals and companies, including those in the technology, energy, and pharmaceutical sectors. He has served as the lead attorney on numerous Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) cases and first chaired a successful appeal in the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Eric is a graduate of the University of Virginia and University of Virginia School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Virginia, New York, Connecticut, and Washington, D.C.
