Mr. Speranzini is a partner at Jacobi Case & Speranzini, P.C. located in Milford, Connecticut. Mr. Speranzini has over twenty years of experience consisting of fourteen years as an attorney and eight years as an engineer. At Jacobi Case & Speranzini, P.C., Mr. Speranzini focuses on environmental and patent law. In addition to his environmental practice, Mr. Speranzini recently established the firm’s Patent Group. The Patent Group focuses on patent prosecution for solo inventors and small to mid sized businesses. Prior to joining Jacobi Case & Speranzini, P.C. in 1998, Mr. Speranzini worked for over seven years at United Technologies Corporation Pratt & Whitney Division as an environmental engineer where he was responsible for all aspects of environmental compliance and the oversight of remediation activities. Mr. Speranzini was also employed as an engineer at a consulting firm from 1990 to 1991. Mr. Speranzini is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut and the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut, and is a registered patent attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Speranzini received his J.D degree from the University of Connecticut in 1997. He also received his B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering (magna cum laude) from the University of Connecticut in 1988 and his M.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Connecticut in 1990. Mr. Speranzini is an elected member of the Zoning Board of Appeals in the Town of Woodbridge. He formerly served as Secretary of the Town of Woodbridge Conservation Commission from 2008 to 2011 and was a Director of Massaro Community Farm, Inc. from 2008 to 2011.
