Kirk Tucker is a Corporate & Securities attorney in Jackson Walker’s Houston office with a focus on oil & gas and infrastructure Investment matters. In his expansive transactional practice, Kirk has handled a wide range of matters involving debt and equity capital raising for both public companies and private equity portfolio companies, having represented both issuers and underwriters, as well as private equity firms and management teams; mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; venture capital and financings; and corporate governance, including representing boards of directors and related committees. In addition, he has served as outside general counsel to management teams and companies with respect to federal securities laws, including Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting; initial public offerings and secondary offerings, preparing annual and periodic reports, proxy statements, and all types of other Securities Act and Securities Exchange Act reports.
