Jeff focuses his practice on domestic and global mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and other corporate transactions. Prior to founding J2advisors, Jeff was a partner in the corporate transactional group of DLA Piper. Jeff has practiced exclusively at premier international law firms for over 10 years representing strategic buyers and sellers, equity fund sponsors and family offices in all facets of mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, as well as on-going representation of equity fund portfolio companies. Jeff also represents emerging growth companies in various types of equity and debt investments, as well as corporate governance, equity compensation and other general day-to-day matters. Jeff handles transactions across a broad range of industries, with a focus on health care, health insurance, technology and e- commerce. Originally from South Florida, Jeff holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
