Prior to founding J2advisors in order to work more closely with business teams, Jackie practiced exclusively at large international law firms, including McDermott Will & Emery and Jones Day. Jackie represents strategic buyers and sellers in each state of the lifecycle, private equity fund sponsors, and family offices in complex global transactions with a strong emphasis on health care, health care insurance and transportation and logistics. Jackie has deep transactional knowledge and years of deal experience allowing her to seamlessly provide her clients with high quality, specialized legal services and strategic advice, including comprehensive deal structuring guidance, and access to a broad range of capital sources and deal resources.
