Ronak Ajmera specializes in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, strategic collaborations and corporate / business restructuring. In addition, he regularly handles assignments relation to contracting (commercial and corporate contracts) and general corporate advisory. Ronak has over 11 years of post-qualification experience. Prior to joining JSA, he has worked at Khaitan & Co, Mumbai and Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co., Mumbai (now Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas). His last assignment was with Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan, Mumbai.
