He also works extensively with technology companies and advises them on various aspects of information technology law in India, including data privacy and protection, data transfer, cyber security. He also assists clients with commercial contracts such as software development agreements, software services agreements, technology license agreements, technology transfer agreements, data transfer and processing agreements, as well as policy documents such as privacy policies, website terms of use. Rakesh also has considerable experience in general corporate and commercial matters. He specialises in inbound investments into India, Venture Capital & Private Equity investments, Joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisitions.
