Bir Bahadur Singh Sachar is a member of JSA’s Corporate and Finance practice. He specialises in mergers & acquisitions (both listed and unlisted) and private equity (both listed and unlisted). His practice covers diverse areas of corporate commercial law and exchange control law including advising on securities and exchange control aspects, mergers & acquisitions, private equity investments, business transfers, joint ventures & takeovers, foreign investments, corporate/business structuring and restructuring and general commercial contracting.
