Anirudh Kapoor specializes in Mergers & Acquisitions, Domestic & Cross Border Investments, Corporate Restructuring and Debt Financing. He has extensive experience in FDI investments, outbound investments and joint ventures across various industry sectors such as real estate, healthcare, banking and finance, infrastructure, e-commerce, and manufacturing. Anirudh has managed and assisted a wide range of matters which has involved work relating to structuring investments, restructuring of distressed assets, due diligence, drafting of transaction documents (such as the shareholders agreement, share subscription agreements, share purchase agreements, debt and security documents) and providing all other legal assistance up to execution and closing. He has also assisted in litigation matters involving mutual funds, insolvency/winding up, share transfer and shareholder disputes. Before joining JSA, he was associated with Trilegal with the general corporate team.
