A partner in JSA’s Mumbai office. His practice focuses on private and public M&A transactions, private equity and venture capital investments, capital market transactions, with a particular focus on securities law matters, publicly traded companies, take private/delisting offers and takeovers. His clients include leading private equity funds, publicly traded companies, family offices, institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, and investment banks. In 2022, Anand was selected as one of the 50 future Indian legal leaders by India Business Law Journal. Anand has been consistently recognized as a notable practitioner for M&A and corporate work in India by International Financial Legal Review with the latest recognition in 2022. In 2022, Anand was featured in the annual edition of ALB Asia’s 40 under 40 list, which profiles the most accomplished lawyers in Asia under 40 years of age.
