Zain Pandit Bio

Zain Pandit is a member of the firm’s corporate practice. His practice focuses on corporate governance, business structuring and restructuring, public procurements as well as mergers and acquisitions. He has represented domestic and foreign corporations in a variety of cross-border acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and other business combination transactions. He has represented overseas weapons and military equipment manufacturers on government procurements. Zain is currently involved with developing the firm’s China-focused practice. Zain has more than 8 years of experience, all of which have been with JSA.
