Shivani Chugh Bio

Shivani Chugh focusses on matters related to Projects and Mergers & Acquisitions. She is involved in transactional as well as advisory work across various sectors, with a specific focus on Energy, Transport, Automobile, Insurance, Construction and Engineering. Shivani has advised various Indian & foreign clients with respect to Joint Ventures (onshore & offshore), Acquisitions (inbound & outbound), financial & strategic investments and commercial contracts such as – equipment supply agreements, engineering & designing contracts, and project management contracts. She is also regularly involved in advising clients on diverse legal issues involving interpretation and enforcement of contracts, corporate commercial laws, contract management and exchange control regulations. Additionally, she has advised multiple Indian & International Energy companies on their India projects (greenfield & brownfield). Prior to joining the Firm, Shivani has worked with PXV Law Partners.
