Sakshi Raut specialises in Foreign Investments, Mergers and Acquisitions as well as Joint Venture matters. In addition, she has extensive experience in corporate advisory and employment laws. Sakshi has advised and assisted clients on demerger/slump sale of businesses, establishment of Indian presence of foreign clients, winding up of business operations in India. Sakshi also advises both domestic and international clients, across various sectors, in their day to day legal issues which could include drafting/reviewing commercial contracts such as supply agreements, distribution agreements, consultancy agreements, endorsement agreements, etc., advising on legal risk exposure in such contracts and mechanism to mitigate such risks. She has been practicing law for over 10 years. Before joining JSA, she was with DSK Legal, Mumbai in their corporate office.
