Nandini Seth Bio

Nandini Seth specializes in private equity transactions, and cross border mergers and acquisitions. She deals with a wide variety of matters including structuring of investments, and setting up of efficient and regulatory compliant operations in India. She has represented various private equity investors in relation to their investments and exits from Indian companies and has also acted for Indian promoters, corporates, and government companies. She has been practicing law since 2013. Before joining JSA, she was associated with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (earlier Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co.).
