Gaurav Wahie specializes in domestic and cross border acquisitions and joint ventures, as well as general corporate and commercial contracts (such as franchise agreements and distribution agreements). In addition, Gaurav also regularly advises clients on matters pertaining to foreign exchange laws (foreign direct investment as well as outbound investments) and company law. Prior to joining JSA, Gaurav was working with a prominent domestic law firm in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
