Nick Dawson has considerable experience in all aspects of corporate transactions, but has a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions and private equity led transactions. Nick also advises on complex joint ventures, group re-organisations, restructurings, shareholders’ agreements, partnerships, LLPs and corporate governance.
