Debbie Serota specialises in advising Family offices, entrepreneurs, high and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. She undertakes a range of work for these clients, including M&A, joint ventures, investments, equity fundraising, family investment companies and reorganisations of owner managed companies, re-structuring for wealth protection as well as advising companies as they prepare for sale. Much of Debbie’s work has a cross-border element and she often project manages multi-jurisdictional transactions for her clients.
