Bryan Bletso is a Partner and Director of Strategic Growth for International business, leading Irwin Mitchell’s international project and strategy. Having led our London corporate team for many years, he is an experienced corporate lawyer. Bryan has a particular focus on advising clients who set up or invest in the UK and advising on cross-border mergers and acquisition transactions and joint ventures and is recognised by the Legal 500 for his expertise on the international front. As Head of International, Bryan is responsible for growing the firm’s ‘international best friend legal’ and other professional relationships in country and bringing English law work into the firm from international clients. Bryan sits on the advisory board of First Law International (FLI), an award winning global network of law firm where Irwin Mitchell is the exclusive UK member. He also sits on the board of Avrio Advocati, a long standing law firm network of mainly European firms. He also sits on the strategic board of the Commonwealth Economic and Investment Council (CWEIC) where Irwin Mitchell is a strategic member.
