Bio

Ashwin Krishnan is a graduate of Symbiosis Law School and specializes in corporate and commercial advisory, private equity, venture capital and mergers & acquisitions. He regularly advises clients in the e-commerce, internet, technology, power and financial sectors in relation to investments, business and asset transfers, acquisitions, foreign exchange regulations and general corporate advisory. In particular, he has experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of subscription and shareholder agreements, business and asset transfer agreements, share purchase agreements, IP assignment agreements, founder agreements, escrow agreements, service agreements, licensing and assignment agreements, and other commercial agreements. In his spare time, Ashwin enjoys reading, traveling, playing and watching football. Before joining INDUSLAW, Ashwin worked with Tempus Law Associates, Hyderabad where he advised clients in relation to venture capital, private equity, acquisitions, and foreign exchange, general corporate and commercial law.
