Thomas Pampush focuses his practice on complex corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, as well as representing family and closely-held companies as general corporate counsel. Having served as Vice President and General Counsel of Shoe Corporation of America, Inc., he understands what it's like to be a client. Tom also has worked in and studied family businesses and the complex nuances that come with the involvement of multiple family members in an enterprise. These broad experiences have allowed him to develop a unique and practical approach to providing legal services such that clients are advised of risks, rewards and outcomes in the context that matters most to them.
