Samuel Raboy Bio

Sam Raboy is a partner in Ice Miller’s Business Group in New York. Sam represents private equity funds, middle market companies, independent sponsors and family offices in a range of acquisitions, sales, restructurings, minority investments, growth equity financings and other transactions. Sam has in-depth experience representing both buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions, and regularly counsels clients on general corporate matters and corporate governance. Sam also leads M&A associate training at the firm. Sam Raboy is licensed to practice law in the state of New York.
