Paul Obszanski Bio

Paul Obszanski is a partner in Ice Miller’s Business Group, concentrating his practice in private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. Paul works frequently with private equity funds, publicly traded companies, and emerging growth and closely held businesses in domestic and cross-border transactions involving mergers, acquisitions, and recapitalizations. Paul advises clients and entrepreneurs in a variety of corporate matters and acts as outside general counsel. Paul graduated from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and served as an associate editor for the Indiana Law Review while in law school.
