Bio

Laurie Miller is a partner in the DuPage County office of Ice Miller. She focuses her practice in corporate law, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and complex financing transactions. Laurie has represented a variety of clients in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, transportation, heavy equipment, technology and food products. She also assists corporations with general corporate matters, negotiating complex leasing transactions, equipment purchase and procurement agreements. She has experience in industrial development revenue bond issuances. Laurie graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 1990 with a Bachelors of Art in political science. She received her juris doctorate from Chicago Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology in 1995, with honors.
