Jon Lyman Bio

With more than twenty-five years of experience in senior positions at major U.S. law firms, Jon Lyman is an international and national transactions lawyer who brings to bear his in-depth experience in counseling corporate and financial institution clients on all manner of dealings, often involving cross-border elements and including public and private corporate and fund boards, in making high-magnitude decisions. As a partner in Ice Miller’s Business Group, Jon consistently provides guidance on mergers and acquisitions, fund matters, finance, and debt and equity offerings. He is regularly called upon by directors and officers to provide legal counsel in connection with investment transactions, including for private equity, venture capital and family office clients, as well as international debt and equity securities issues and trading compliance. Jon practiced internationally for 15 years, building offices in London and establishing a cross-border practice in Paris.
