Jennifer Frasier is a partner in the Firm’s Business Group. With a focus on middle market companies, her practice concentrates on counseling strategic and financial buyers and sellers on acquisitions and dispositions, in all of their forms. Jenny's transaction experience spans a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, professional services, food and beverage, information technology and entertainment. Jenny also serves as a trusted advisor and outside general counsel to companies, providing advice on an array of corporate issues, including complex commercial transactions and agreements, day-to-day general corporate and operational matters, corporate governance issues and fiduciary duties of directors and officers. Jenny takes a practical approach to matters, developed in part from her experience as corporate counsel for a large company with operations in 40+ states. With first-hand insight to the challenges businesses face, she provides sound advice on not only the legal issues a business or business owner may encounter, but the practical implications of such issues.
