Diane Bell is a partner in Ice Miller’s Business Services Group. She focuses her practice on private equity, acquisitions and dispositions, growth equity investments, management representations and the implementation and completion of exit strategies. Diane approaches each deal with a unique perspective to assist her clients in meeting their broader business goals—beyond the deal in question—with an eye towards the future. She works with clients in a number of industries, including consumer products, media and technology, service industries and manufacturing and distribution. She helps both first-time business owners and seasoned buyers and sellers navigate their most complex commercial transactions. Diane champions diversity initiatives throughout the legal industry and throughout Chicago.
