Stewart Ebbott Bio

Stewart is the State head of the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Group and is a leading corporate lawyer with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, corporate governance, general corporate and commercial matters. Stewart has acted for both public and private companies on various transactions and focuses on M&A. He also draws on his time as a senior in-house legal counsel at Virgin Australia. Stewart advises clients on local and cross border transactions and has significant experience in the Food and Agribusiness, Technology, Transport and Health sectors. Stewart has been recognised by Doyle’s Guide as a Corporate Rising Star and was shortlisted for the Finance Monthly Deal Maker Awards 2020.
